This is mainly an input page. These input create various databases and stores the information in them. It's access is secured through username and password.
After the Profile Management Initial Setup has the input fields to further define the details of the particular institutions. The Fees collection Payment Details, Options for reports and surveys, Question format for the quiz if written online can be feeded in to the system.
The Member management has a dashboard which displays the already available members in the database. The Member Management Page helps in Editing, Entering and Updation of the database. The Managing Members Displays the already available details of the database, the members of the database can be added through the add members page it ask for the necessary details of the new entrant. The last page decides the privilege given to the member only the administrator can have access to this page and he decides who should get what sought of privilege.
The Dashboard has the details about the available survey formats and all the general details necessary for conducting the quiz. It has details about the various categories. Sports category, Technology category, Science category and General Knowledge category . The various categories provide various formats of the surveys. These formats can be used for hassle free structuring of questions.
The Category Management displays various categories of survey available in the software. The Category has various survey formats which one can choose to structure the questions. It has various genres like sports quiz, science quiz etc.
The Question Management manages the question available in various formats. The new questions can be added to the survey through the New question tab.
Various quizzes which are completed, on going, and forthcoming can be managed here. The quiz list is available. Which has the Start and complete date. In This the Form of question the quiz format and time limit awarded to it are entered do that they can be managed properly.
The Quiz Reports has the findings of the survey and they can be incorporated into the business research findings. The Reports are graphically represented they can show the bar graph representation. The Total number of the survey and the deductions from that can be gauged easily.
